whose sole mission is to spread to all Americans and visitors to our nation

 

The story of

 

Tadeusz Kosciuszko
1746 - 1817

Polish and American Patriot and Hero, Altruist,

and Champion of Liberty, Independence, Democracy, and Equality

and

Patron Saint of West Point in the Early American Republic

 

By supporting the creation of a website to be accessible universally, and promotional literature that will be made available free to visitors at West Point, as well as participating in the Association Conferences and Annual National Tadeusz Kosciuszko Observances at West Point.

Annual dues for becoming a member of the Association are $25 for an individual, and $100 for an organization. In addition, an individual member may become a lifetime member for a one-time payment of $150. Association members will be listed on the website. The American Association of the Friends of Kosciuszko at West Point was incorporated in Massachusetts on November 13, 2003 and was granted exemption from Federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code on March 17, 2006. Therefore contributions to the Association are deductible under section 170 of the Code.

The Association appreciates all donations which will be used solely to perpetuate the menory of Tadeusz Kosciuszko at West Point and in the greater world by way of its Annual Kosciuszko Conference and the integral events of the Annual 'Kosciuszko Day" (e.g., Kosciuszko Memorial Mass, Review of the Corps of Cadets, Kosciuszko Monument Observance, Kosciuszko Luncheon in the Thayer Hotel), all of which are held at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.
